Mercedes Benz cars are being the targeted for auto parts lately. The San
Fernando Valley has 99 reported crimes since January 1st.
We are seeing fog lights, and side mirrors taken for the most part.
There have been 13 just in Mission Division.
Five of those occurred on Fridays and 10 occurred during the night and when parked on the street in the North Hills area. There were two in January, one in February, nine in March, and one in April (so far).
Park in well lit areas, and try to avoid parking overnight on streets if you can avoid it.
