All consumer fireworks are Illegal throughout Los Angeles: Fire investigators and police officers will be out in force this year. Violators risk serious fines, confiscation of fireworks, and jail time. It is unlawful to purchase fireworks in any city for use within the City of Los Angeles.

Possession and /or use of fireworks within Los Angeles are a violation of Municipal Code 57.55.01A, or Section 12677 of the Health and Safety Code.

The public is requested to report the sale or use of fireworks within the City of Los Angeles by calling 9-1-1.

For a safe 4th of July, go to a professional fireworks show.  For information on local fireworks shows, call Council District 7 at 1-818-756-8409, Council District 6 at (818) 778-4999, Council District 2 at (818) 352-3287, Council District 12 at (818) 882-1212.

By obeying the law, you protect your children, your pets and your property.

The safety of our Neighborhood is not up to the Police...IT IS OURS!



It is up to everyone that lives in our community to watch out, not only for themselves but, for their neighbors. If you see cars that are parked and not moved for more than 72 hours call 311 and report it. If you see any vandalism, PLEASE report it. If you see someone that obviously doesn't belong or is doing something they shouldn't be, PLEASE report it. Lets keep our neighborhood clean, if you see furniture being dumped, call and have it removed.



WE ARE THE EYES AND EARS FOR THE POLICE. IT IS UP TO US TO KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SAFE!!!
